Amy is excellent at what she does and she's very professional. Amy made me feel very comfortable right from my initial assessment and made it easy for me to put my trust in her for my rehabilitation. She works with you to set out a clear structured plan of what your expectations are for your recovery and helps you to set goals and then comes up with a tailored rehab plan designed specifically for you, which is very detailed and includes videos of all of the exercises so it's easy to follow along. Amy also checks in regularly on your progress and is always available over WhatsApp if you have any questions or need a bit of help with your rehab. Amy is also a very good listener and puts you at the forefront of the session, she genuinely wants to know how you've been progressing and if there have been any struggles so she can always keep the rehab plan accurate at all times, for instance my injury is a fractured left ankle and I have had an ORIF fitted but I had begun to get some quite bad achilles pain which was making my exercises difficult so the next session she spent working the soft tissue around that area to eleviate the pain for me. Looking at my recovery so far without Amy's help, knowledge and encouragement I don't think I would have made it to the stage I am at now if I never went to see her, her level of training and skill is much greater than what is provided on the NHS and you don't feel as though you're just being rushed in and out like you do with them. I would highly recommend Amy to anyone dealing with an injury and particularly anyone who wants to return to playing a sport like myself or even attending the gym again she's fantastic!!

Amy has been fantastic from start to finish on my rehab journey! She has been able to help, support and rebuild my strength and range of movement in my shoulder, after injury, where physios couldn't. I would and have recommended Amy to friends !
