I have been working with Laura and I have had a great experience. When I started this journey, my focus was not on weight but rather focused on increasing my energy levels and decreasing brain fog. Laura immediately knew how to approach the problem and she has done it with such grace while taking into considerations my feelings about body weight and body image with it. We did use metrics to track information, but she always would ask "how do you FEEL about it?" which was great because I felt that it was more than just a number on a scale. Overall I have felt amazing but it wasn't until today (end of week 3) that I realized that I didn't only just feel better, I look a ton better to! I am down 12 lbs total and 7% body fat - all from eating right! And most importantly, I NEVER go hungry. And whenever I did start to feel hungry, Laura would ask targeted questions and adjust the meal plan based on the information I shared.
