Nothing to say other than thank you for the excellent work Affordable Water did at my home. The entire team was extremely attentive from the very beginning, accommodating my schedule to come to my house, performing the necessary tests, and offering the best options available with great cost-benefit value. I truly appreciate the professionalism and quality of service provided.

Last year, John and Rick visited my house to install the RO system and the water softener. They also ran a pipeline from the RO system to the fridge which was awesome as they had to bypass a lot of stuff but they made it. This year, which is today, Rick and John came and installed the big carbon filter to help us to remove the red/orange stuff in the water. I am impressed by their efficiency and workmanship. Thank you - John, Rick, and John (or Jon?).

Our softener required a new valve and had a new iron filter installed at the same time. Well water smell is completely gone and water quality is much improved. Thanks for the quick response and honest and quality work.

We have called John & Rick for two issues in our home. They replaced our water softener and cleaned out our iron filter in the spring (April 2025). And just replaced our reverse osmosis water filter system last weekend (Nov 2025). They are knowledgeable, honest and great to work with! We will call Affordable Water Treatments of Manitoba again in future.

John came out and provided a free inspection, letting us know we needed an iron filter to fix the strong odor in our water. They installed it quickly and did an excellent job! We’re very happy with the fast service and overall experience. The smell is completely gone, and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

There were hiccups along the way due to last minute scheduling and the hot water tank was the wrong size but the gents came back and fixed all and all is working well. Very courteous gents. I bought a softener, iron filter and hot water tank from them. Would I call them again... for sure. Thx guys (John, Rick)!

We had a terrible amount of iron in our water and seen these guys sign on the highway, let me tell you they are kind, honest and very quick to Install or just give us advice on what to do about it. They educated us about our water system and we have amazing water now thank you to John Rick and John!

Had John come out to look at our old water softener system and test the water. After getting all the information we decided to move forward with a new system, as our current system was the original to the house and over 30 years old. Within a week Mike came out to install. He was in and out and has us up and running in no time. A great experience from analysis to install and the price was great. Would definitely recommend Affordable water if you're thinking about getting a system replaced.
