Jason was on time, personable, and thorough. Answered all my questions. Did a good job. When he was here it was the coldest day of the year so far . He walked my property about 1 acre checking for blockages and probing my lines . He snaked my lines the next day outside using a torpedo heater. Affordable, gained a new customer from now on.

Jason went above and beyond on the service that he provided. We needed someone to look at our system and give us guidance on what steps we should take to resolve the issue we were having with our septic. He did research into the history of our system and gave us detail notes of his findings. Jason was very polite and professional. We were quoted about $12-15,000 to crush our septic tanks and hook to city sewer by another company who thought our system was broken and unable to be fixed. Affordable came in, checked out the system and, using a camera, quickly discovered that our system was in fine working condition and that it was simply a clogged pipe going from the house to the septic. A quick clean out and $250.00 later and the problem was completely fixed. Saved us a HUGE bill and headache! Can’t thank them enough for their friendly, professional service!
