Affordable Urgent Care

This place is amazing. I am used to go to kaiser. But since my hubby has no insurance we tried this place. Very reasonable. The guy at the front desk absolutely professional and nice. He remembered our names the second time we showed up. The doctor and the whole stuff I can only say amazing things. We waited 10 min. Unbelievable. We will go back again and again

Affordable Urgent Care truly lives up to its name. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. The check-in process was quick and easy, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The medical team took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and genuinely showed care and concern. It’s such a relief to find quality healthcare that’s both efficient and affordable. I highly recommend Affordable Urgent Care for anyone needing prompt, reliable medical attention.

The reason I am giving them 1 star is for various reasons. I went to take my son who was very ill. When I arrived I was told, they did not take the my son's insurance. So I would have to pay out of pocket, if I wanted my son to be seen. I payed out of pocket for the office visit. But little did I know the amount I payed did not include the Flu test, school note or medication prescribed. I was recommended to test him for the flu, since he came back negative for the RSV AND COVID, but was notified that my payment did not include the flu test. So it would be an additional fee for it. My son was seen by a Nurse Practioner. In my opinion I think they should notify patients they will be seen by a NP rather than make you think it is a DOCTOR. Also, if you request a school note, they charge you for that document too. Never had I ever gone to a doctor's offices where they do that. It's really unprofessional charging for that document. Lastly the NP did not prescribe any medication. All I was told was to buy over the counter medication to give him. The point is they just like charging for everything. If they like charging for everything I rather go to an Urgent Care that does take my son's insurance. Their name is AFFORDABLE URGENT CARE, which I 100% strongly disagree. I would suggest to stay away from this Urgent Care unless they take your insurance or you are ok paying for everything.

Love coming here! Maria and the rest of the staff are always so friendly, informative, professional and helpful. I have been coming here for many years for various needs (once for a broken wrist) and I recommend them highly.

I was very pleased with the service that I received from Affordable Urgent Care, Inc. No wait time at 4 pm, and Dr. Paula Sandoval and her nurse were cordial, professional, and treated my knee injury patiently and with the utmost care. Upon arriving, I was in such pain that I could barely stand. Dr. Sandoval diagnosed the problem quickly, and I was sent home with a prescription after receiving a painless injection. By evening, I was 80% better. The next morning, I no longer had any pain in my knee, and the pain did not return. For these reasons and more, two very enthusiastic 'thumbs up' for Affordable Urgent Care!

Yesterday was my second time visiting Affordable Urgent Care. The staff is friendly and professional. The place is clean and I didn't have to wait long at all. I did notice that the staff was different than last time and the nurse who treated me listened to everything I had to say with compassion. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I have Medi-cal and I had to pay $50 co-pay which I don't believe I should have being that I have Medi-cal. Otherwise, this is my to go place for urgent care. I highly recommend it!

Yesterday was my second visit to this urgent care, and honestly, it’s the best urgent care ever! Everyone here is so nice and welcoming. The doctor is super kind, soft-spoken, and very understanding. He takes time to listen and explain everything clearly. The front desk staff are also amazing — friendly, polite, and helpful. I truly recommend everyone to visit this urgent care. They really care about their patients! 💖

I accompanied my mom 01/15/2026. I highly recommend this Urgent Care Office. We had a very good experience. Very knowledgeable and helpful the NP that my Mom saw . The assistant was very helpful and friendly. Second time to be here and will be back again .
