Hello. I had work done on the AC for one of my fleet vehicles. It turned into replacing the alternator, compressor, tensioner, and a few other things. After getting all of that work done ($1500 worth), the AC still wasn't working. I took it back in and they told me the AC lines needed replacing. It was expensive so I didn't get it done there. I later called and got the part numbers and then had a expert mechanic friend install the lines for 15% less. The air will wasn't working so I took it back. They wanted to change yet another AC line but I pressed them to find another solution and they did. They replaced the Schrader valve ($20) and refilled the system with freon at no cost to me. Now, it works fine. My difficulty has been with customer service in general, pricing, and complete quality. First, when I went in to have the AC reexamined, I called the day before and was told they are first-come-first serve. So I arrived at opening the next day only to have to wait an hour for a mechanic to show up. Secondly, despite being a customer there, their response suggests that I made the rating in error and I am being asked to delete my rating and experience. This underscores the poor customer service.
