Affordable Dumpster Rentals (Eastbank/Westbank rentals)

I was stuck in a horrible situation dealing with blighted property and needed a dumpster on the spot within hours of receiving the notice. I searched through Google and found Raul from Affordable Dumpsters. I told him about the situation that I was in and he definitely heard the panic in my voice when I told him I needed a dumpster asap. Raul asked 2 questions, "How big of a dumpster do you need" and "is there room in the driveway for the dumpster". Once I gave him my answers, he delivered the dumpster within 2 hours. I had to get another dumpster and once again Raul came through without a hitch or an excuse. His prices are very fair compared to other companies too. I will definitely be using Raul again.

Called Affordable Dumpster Rentals last minute in hopes of getting a dumpster by the weekend. The prices were very fair and I had a 25yd dumpster sitting in my driveway within 2 days. It was delivered to a fairly tight driveway with no property damage whatsoever. Great communication throughout the entire process, even texted me pictures when the unit was dropped off and taken away. Would absolutely do business with them again.

Company that does not respect the customer. The dumpster was rented for a week. It was delivered on Friday 3/14 in the afternoon. It would be picked up on Monday 3/24. I called on 3/25 because the dumpster has not been picked up. They told me that I had to call if it had been picked up on Monday. After that, they told me that they would not charge me for the day and they sent me the invoice charging me for the extra day and they do not want to discount it. Now, be careful, renting here, they are thieves.

I needed a dumpster on short notice. I was referred by another customer. I called Raul and he worked on my request immediately. I called on a Sunday morning and by 11:45am the dumpster was in my driveway. This is exactly how you conduct business.

I feel unfortunate to write this as what was a good experience turned out quite the opposite. Rented 1 dumpster for an old barn tear down. Halfway through the process we realized one dumpster wasn’t going to be enough. Called for a swap out. They initially didnt have another dumpster available for another week, but someone worked their magic and got it done that weekend. Very impressive and seamless. Filled up the second Dumpster halfway. We thought everything was perfect. A week later got another invoice statement saying we were OVER the dumpster weight limit by several tons on both dumpsters and was charged an extra, wait for it, 1000 dollars for this. This is way more than the original charge for the 2 dumpsters. I confronted them about this because old barn wood weighs nothing and something was fishy. The 2nd dumpster wasn’t even 1/2 way full. There was NO WAY this was correct. Affordable Dumpster told me they would get the dump’s “weigh tickets” as proof and email them to me. I am still waiting for those tickets a month later with no explanation or proof and feel as those I got taken for a bogus charge. So my 5 star review quickly became a 0 star review for this shady, opaque company. Let’s just call them Unaffordable dumpster. Buyer beware. At least other companies are transparent with their business practices and won’t over charge you exorbitant prices on the back end with no recourse.
