Both the company and the technician, Brock, were amazing. They are responsive to your calls and very professional, knowledgeable, and competent in handling every aspect of your issues with your garage door. Brock was professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about the best and most affordable way to resolve our broken tension spring issue. Hee went out of his way to get a part that wasn't available, and updated our two spring system to a single spring system. My wife, of 45 years, was completely satisfied with the results. We called them at 6:30 in the morning to schedule a garage door repair. We had a technician, Bryan, at our house at 7:30am. He was super friendly. We asked if it was alright if we called him back because we had another company coming to give an estimate and he said yes. The other company was trying to charge $1k more than Bryan was. Had him come back do the repair. He was fast and did a great job for far less than the other company. Would highly recommend them!. They definitely live up to their name “Affordable Door Co.”

Today I had the springs on my garage door replaced, and Bryan E. did an outstanding job! He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Professional and courteous service. Bryan arrived within an hour of booking the service call. Friendly and knowledgeable. My garage door was opening sluggishly. Suggested I replace my aging opener (which I admit would be a good idea) but it only required routine maintenance to restore service. I didn’t know what to expect in pricing…service call with maintenance (no parts needed) seemed pricey at just over $250…but the door opens well now and I am pleased with the results. The same company replaced the torsion springs more than a decade ago and those parts are still in good repair and continue to work well to this day. Quality work.
