We have gone to Leroy for countertops for two kitchens and cabinets for one kitchen and everything turned out amazing! You get the same quality product for a really good price. For our first kitchen we picked out a quartz from MSI and white cabinets and his team did a great job installing everything. It looked really sharp. I would have gone through them for cabinets in our new build we did last year but they didn’t have the color cabinets I was looking for but we did get countertops through them. This time we went with quartzite from Cold Spring and it is gorgeous. They work in a quick turnaround time and the team is great at adapting to challenging situations- like complicated entries and massive slabs. I am about to go through them again for another project. I can’t help but wonder if the bad reviews haven’t done home improvement projects enough to understand what is expected. Like complaining about the cleaning- a lot of dust is to be expected when they cut a sink in and you’ll find that fine dust for a year to come, no matter who the installer is.

Stay far away from this company unprofessional, dishonest, and downright disrespectful. I hired this company to install my countertops and it was a nightmare from start to finish. First, they charged my card $2,200 up front, then showed up and didn’t even finish the job that day. I was told they’d come back the next day they didn’t. When I called, the owner said “if not today, then in two days.” That alone was frustrating, but it only got worse. They damaged my wall and paint in the process and only fixed it after I complained. Then, six days later, the owner sent me a final bill but then tried to tack on additional charges for things that were never even discussed or agreed on. Completely shady. When I called him out on how poorly everything was handled, the owner had the audacity to laugh and admit that he “swept me under the rug and got my service” as if that’s something to joke about. Completely unprofessional and insulting, especially when I was already upset. On top of all that, the workers are not licensed, and it shows in the sloppy, careless work. The owner is a fast-talker who tries to gloss over the problems instead of taking accountability. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and find a company that values its customers and does quality work because this one certainly doesn’t.

Very hard to beat the prices they offer. Each style cabinet comes in one stain option only, which is how they keep the costs down by buying in bulk. Huge selection of counter tops are available. We went with a beautiful quartzite that gets compliments all the time. All staff we worked with were great and the installation went smooth. Cabinet quality is very good and sturdy. All doors/drawers have soft close and are nice and quiet. You can spend a lot more on cabinets at a big box store that are lower quality than these. I know, I shopped around. Come up with a plan, they will work with you! I see complaints about Leroy, but he is actually fun to work with. My wife liked him a lot as well (that says a lot)... but I felt sorry that he had to deal with her so much!

We ordered a powder room counter top, with an under mount sink and matching side and back splash. The sales guy is a fast talker. He took us around the back room to choose the material for our counter top. I told him I wanted white and was told Quartz is what we would have to choose. As Granite does not come in white. So that is what we ordered. He took the measurements we provided and my husband's phone number. Wrote down modifications to our side splash. My husband called numerous times for an update-which the sales guy never remembered him calling. 2 weeks later my husband stopped in to pick it up. Brought it home. The side and back splash were the Quartz I chose. The counter was a completely different color and caulking for the undermount sink was not a solid ring. He took it back to be fixed. Returned it to us with backsplash matching the counter and the sidesplash was white. I took everything back and a piece of the original backsplash, so that they would know what I had ordered initially. 6 weeks later (from the time the order was placed), no phone calls or communication from the sales person. All communication initiated by my husband. We stopped in to pick up our order. The material is correct. Measurements are off slightly. But we can live with it. Don't want to go back a fourth time, to ask them to fix their mistake, AGAIN! We will NEVER go back!

Leroy and his install team (Luis) did an exceptional job with our cabinet order and our quartz install. they were reasonably priced, professional and got the job done in time. Give them a try and support local!! Thank you!

Company is a rip off, they came and measured my countertops, gave me measurements for my cabinets and I had someone else do my cabinets and used there measurements to order my cabinets. They come to install the countertops and the measurements were wrong, they left a dust mess all over my house, didn't clean up or caulk or set my microwave like they said they would. So they recut some pieces and told me it wouldn't cost much more for the mistake. Then proceeded to send me a invoice for $1,953 more then what was agreed. Now there trying to put a mechanic lien on my property for over $4,000. This company is a rip off

I went there to look at a 1 ton truck for sale listed on Facebook Marketplace by Isaias. Not real clear if company owned or... but appeared to be loaded with equipment. I set up time with him to come see it. I got there (more than 30minutes way) only to find out that he did not show up to work. He also apparently had the only set of keys???? The truck was sitting there with stuff loaded. Not sure why management would allow an irresponsible employee hold onto only set of keys and/or not have spare set. If this was a personal vehicle, then the this company should not allow to use business as sale location. Also the people in front office did not even seem to know he was not there until I asked for him and it was past noon. Sounds like they have poor management. If this is how they do business, then I would look elsewhere for cabinets.

I wanted new cabinets for quite a while. I checked many different places and received many different quotes. When I saw Affordable Cabinets quote I knew they were the one I was going with. When I got home that night I googled them and was disturbed by the negative reviews. I talked to Leroy at 9:00 p.m. that night and he assured me they did good work. Upon completion I was convinced my money was well spent. Norm went above and beyond the scope of our contract to make sure I was happy. I have recommended them to my sister who is also very happy with the work. I sell cars and I know most often the happy customers give no reviews and the unhappy ones are very vocal in writing reviews. I just wanted to balance all of the negative reviews with praise and thanks for a job well done. Dean Burke

Leroy is awesome, he became my best friend whether he wanted to or not!! We've used them for two kitchen counter tops now. Their selection is great and the prices even better. Norm also installed a farmhouse sink for me when many others wouldn’t!! Made my day! In our first house the measure date to Install was 2 weeks and in our 2nd house it was 5 days!! I even brought them cupcakes because I was so pleased with the service! Will go back again no doubt and tell all my friends about them!

1) The communication is horrible. I kept calling to find out an estimate of when my countertops would be ready and Leroy kept saying he would get to me in the "near future." This went on for a week or two, and then he called randomly one day saying they were ready to install, even though they don't remove your existing sink, so I said it wasn't ready then. This is something you should tell your customer that needs to be done if you are not going to be the one to remove the sink so the countertops can be installed. 2) I've never had someone be so rude for giving me a product for which I paid. He addressed me condescendingly as "Lady" and shamed ME for HIM having to load his truck up twice - even though I never said they could come the day in question. 3) When I had figured out to take out my sink by myself, I told him I was ready, to which he replied that my countertops had been broken and he wouldn't know when they would be repaired and ready for install. 4) I told him I would be available in the afternoon for his guys to install. They instead came at 9:30 in the morning and I had meetings that I couldn't have a lot of noise interfering with, so I asked them to come later, even though I had already told Leroy I would be available after 2. They never came back to install, so I messaged Leroy asking if I could get in touch with them. He said that they would come the next morning and would not tell me when or give me an estimate after I asked twice. 5)The only redeeming factor was that the prices were the best I could find.
