Extremely Unprofessional and Incompetent
I’m very disappointed with the way the billing manager at Aesthetic Edge handles things. The person who manages billing is completely incompetent and doesn’t even seem to know how to properly read or process information when it clearly states “or choose spin-off.” I was told “if I schedule the appointment, I know we won’t get paid,” which makes absolutely no sense. Our plans are fully active!
To make things worse, they mentioned having other patients with the same issue, as if that somehow excuses their mistakes. What do those patients have to do with me or my situation? That level of unprofessionalism is shocking, especially from a place we’ve been going to for years.
It’s really disappointing to see how far the quality of their service has dropped. I would strongly suggest they retrain or replace whoever is handling billing before more loyal patients walk away.
