Aeroport Taxi & Limousine Service - Toronto

Just had a “scam” experience. We were going from the royal winter fair to our hotel. I have a medical service dog (official) and the cab driver said yes ok. We start driving and his meter isn’t on. We mention something and he says. Oh it’s a flat rate of 60$ because of my dog. We literally took 4 cabs in the last 24h with no issue and cost us 30$ max. You can’t charge just because my doctor prescribed me a service dog. He hid his name and official taxi liscence paper but managed to take a picture of the license plate and taxi number. I love to support cabbies compared to uber but having being scammed like this for something completely unacceptable.

I am very disappointed with the airport taxi and limo service. During my ride to the airport, the one-off driver handled my luggage very carelessly and ended up causing damage to it. Instead of helping properly, the driver made the experience stressful by roughly handling my belongings. When I complained about this issue, the company did not respond with proper customer care or satisfaction. They showed no concern or responsibility for the damage caused, which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, my experience with this service is completely negative. I would not recommend this company to anyone expecting respectful handling of their luggage and good customer service.

Excellent seamless service. Notified every step of the way. Driver arrived early as it was quite snowy so didn’t worry about being delayed due to weather. Very polite and respected my space to be quiet. Would highly recommend.

Aeroport Taxi & Limo Service provided stellar service getting me to and from the airport for my recent trip to Cuba. Drivers were prompt, courteous, and very helpful. Highly recommend. I will definitely be using their services for my next trip.

First snow storm of the year and you made our trip to the airport stress free. Driver arrived promptly, was polite, and friendly. He manoeuvred the snow covered roads and decreased visibility with a smooth calm demeanour. Will definitely use this service again.

Everyone I have used this service a driver has promptly arrived. The driving is very well executed. The driver has always been courteous and assisted with loading and unloading bags. Great service.

The driver arrived on time (at 4am!), actually a bit early. He was friendly, courteous and helped with our luggage at both ends. We have used Aeroport for many years to travel to Pearson from downtown Toronto. We have always been pleased with the good service.

Efficient, personable, comfortable transportation. Family of 6 who used Aeroport Taxi and Limousine Service to transport us to and from Pearson International Airport. Both drivers were so very pleasant and drove safely, knew the best routes and delivered us ahead of the schedule we'd anticipated. Cost was excellent and more competitive than other companies. Pre-booking was simple and pickup straightforward. Highly recommend and will use again.

On Dec. 10th I had a flight to catch from Pickering to Terminal 1. The weather was blizzard like conditions and despite the challenging road conditions my driver was early and waiting for me. I had 2 large suitcases and a carry on and the person helped me with my luggage. During the ride the person was professional, courteous and drove in poor conditions in a excellent manner. For $69 I think is a great deal. I only use this service while using taxi services in Toronto.

Mr Toor was amazing driver, we forgot something at home on our way to airport and he never flinched when we asked him to go back .. he was kind and very hospitable. Aeroport taxi service never disappoints and I highly recommend them .. 10 on 10.
