When you are coming back from travels and preparing to re-enter Canada, you might want to consider alternatives to a direct flight. The reason being, it’s expensive and time consuming to stay in a quarantine hotel for three days. What, you haven’t heard? Yes, the restriction is still in place, very much so. Will it be lifted? Who knows. When? No idea. Why? For our collective sins, of course!
But for now, re-entering Canada by land is a far better option. All you need to do is book a flight to Buffalo and book a taxi to take you back into Canada. Sure, there’s a bit of a drive but compared to a three day stay in a cheap hotel that costs you over $500 a night.. it’s literally a joy ride.
