When Mum was unwell she saw Aerial Ashes on the news and from that moment she knew that's what she wanted to be done with her Ashes and Dad's who passed in 2018. The whole process was very easy and on the day it went all to plan. The family met on the beach. The 2 drones took off and the Ashes were released. As my Mum had thought it would happen, her and Dad's ashes merged and flew away peacefully together for the last time. It was a beautiful moment. Thank you to Aerial Ashes

Matt was professional, kind and considerate. Communication was excellent throughout the process and as a family we are so happy that we chose to use Ariel ashes. We trusted Matt entirely and would recommend others to choose such a fantastic team to carry out their loved one’s final wishes. Lastly, to have a video that we are able to share with friends and family who were unable to attend on the day is invaluable. Unique and spectacular! Many thanks.

When I first approached Matt to discover whether he would be able to scatter my husband’s ashes by drone over the golf course which adjoins our house, I was unsure if it would be possible. It was a challenging request as I wanted the drone to be launched from my garden and his ashes to be scattered on the fairway below, where my husband played so often. I was concerned that the nearby trees would be a problem. Matt visited the location, reassured me that it would not be a problem and explained exactly how it would be done. He kept in touch with me during the planning stage, as we co-ordinated all the details, including my choice of music. If I had any queries, he always responded promptly. As the day dawned and after several weeks of perfect weather, the forecast for Good Friday was for wind and rain. However, there was a small window of opportunity around 8am so we decided to go for it. Although it was gusty and damp, the rain held off, and with great skill Matt and his colleague guided the drone above the trees as we all looked anxiously on. After about 10 minutes I signalled that it was the right place in the music for the ashes to be released. It was a very special moment, as I felt my husband was now back on the golf course he loved so much and which I look at every day. Matt was professional and supportive throughout the whole process. He was courteous and very sensitive of the situation. I had wanted the occasion to be a reflection of my husband’s personality, his sense of humour and fun, a true celebration of the life he loved and lived. It was all of those things and more. I shall always be grateful to Matt for ensuring that we gave Robert the send off he deserved and would have loved. I have no hesitation in recommending Matt. He offers a unique, evocative but respectful method of scattering the ashes of a loved one. I would also suggest that anyone who decides to use his services, to also consider having a video, as it gives a different perspective from what is seen from the ground. It is also a wonderful reminder of a very special day.

They have plenty of time for you to get your requests done the way you would like it. They keep you informed at all stages on progress. The recording I received from my wife's ceremony was first class and I will cherish it for the rest of my life. Thank you Areial Ashes.

Aerial Ashes Ltd came to Trearddur Bay yesterday to scatter my brother's ashes by drone. My cousin, her husband and two friends joined me for this special occasion. We all gathered at 7 am and the weather was perfect. In a strange way it was enjoyable and not sombre and a wonderful way to celebrate my brother's life - he was always adventurous and I hope he would have been pleased. Thank you Aerial Ashes for making this a perfect day.

Matt and the team are very professional in their approach to giving service to such a personal occasion. They made us feel at ease and, with care and compassion the ashes ceremony was beautifully carried out. With live streaming and a video keepsake for those unable to attend it is a truly a complete and satisfying memory to cherish for all the family.

The day was a perfect, not a cloud in the sky, about 50 degrees, quiet, peaceful with the songs of many birds in the air along the River bank of the Thames. The selection of a resting place for our loved one was thoughtfully done. We could not have picked a more perfect place ourselves. Aerial Ashes looked after all the logistical details, which allowed our family to focus on the remembrance and memories of our loved one. We came away from the scattering experience feeling we had done what our loved one wanted and that our family member will rest in peace knowing she was loved and well remembered. We carry with us now good the memories of the day which honored the legacy of love and joy of our loved one. This will forever dwell in our hearts as a gentle reminder of the beautiful soul that graced our lives.

Wow, it's hard to put into words what a wonderful experience we had with Aerial Ashes. Right from the first contact enquiring about scattering my Dad's ashes at sea off Aldeburgh Beach through to and including the actual scattering, we couldn't have asked for better. Christopher was friendly, efficient, accommodating and extremely professional throughout. As a result we had complete faith in him, no stress at all, which enabled us to concentrate on farewelling Dad in the way he wished. On the morning itself Christopher was joined by his colleague Matt who was equally lovely. They handled Dad's ashes very respectfully and liaised well with our priest who gave the committal service during which the drone carrying Dad's ashes was launched. The flight itself was beautiful, no rush, the drone flew around for a while while we watched, it was all so peaceful. When the ashes were finally released it almost felt spiritual, so gentle and peaceful...we watched as they floated and then gently disappeared. What a wonderful experience, it has really helped my family in our grief. The whole event was conducted sensitively and professionally by Christopher and Matt who made it all feel very personal, at no time did I feel that this was 'just a job' to them. Although they didn't know Dad, I felt as if they did and that we were a team on the day. We had the flight filmed by Matt via a second drone. The resulting video was sent to us within 3 days of the event and is very high quality - high and low resolution versions with some stills also. My family and I will cherish these forever. I highly recommend Aerial Ashes to you!
