After reading all the 5 star reviews on Google, I contacted the company for a sprinkler repair service. Despite their busy schedule they were able to fit me in for a same day service. Joel the owner was very knowledgeable and got all the necessary tools and skills to fix my issue. It was a hard problem with a broken swing joint tangled under a tree root and hard to access. I'm very impressed with the efficiency his team handled the job, and the final cost is was reasonable too. Moreover Joel was totally honest, patient with all my questions and courteous throughout the process. Next time my sprinklers break I know who to contact! Truly a gem and rare find in the service industry.

This was my first experience with Aerations plus Sprinkler Repair Los Angeles and I was very pleased with their quality of work. I contacted Joel concerned with my low water pressure to my sprinkler heads and a potential leak along one of the pipes. Joel and his team were able to identify a tree root that had compressed and broke a pipe and he was able to quickly and diligently fix the problem in one day. They were booked out 3 weeks, so I had to wait, but I take that as a sign of a good reputation. Joel showed up and looked at my system. He offered a complete replacement, but also told me how I could DIY the fix and save some money. I appreciate Joel’s willingness to explain things to me and make an honest recommendation. I'd trust Joel with any sprinkler problems that came up in the future.

Our sprinklers went out all of a sudden and we needed them fixed rather quickly. Joel answered my inquiry super quickly and was able to fit us in last minute. He came by and figured out the issue, which had to do with wiring, and found a solution in less than 30 minutes. He quoted us a super reasonable fee. Aerations plus sprinkler repair did a great job at diagnosing and fixing a complicated problem I had with my sprinkler which was leaking 1 1/2 feet underground in a tight space by my walkway. Joel was knowledgeable, professional and explained the situation very well. I really appreciated his work and he was very prompt with his timing. He had great knowledge of my Hunter irrigation system and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was very personable and did not charge an unreasonable fee. Timely and a good communicator.

Excellent response time, communication and expertise. It's the best feeling to find a home service business that handles your needs as efficiently and professionally as this. We had irrigation issues and have been hobbling along since moving in 3 years ago. It became clear we needed a professional once the valves were leaking and found we had several broken lines. Joel and his crew came out and replaced all of the drip lines and installed all new valves. Our system was working beautifully. They provide two follow up calls at seasonal changes to inspect and make any adjustments necessary. We have now completed both of those follow ups and I can't recommend them more highly.

A quick assessment was done of the sprinklers and it turned out to be a setting problem on our timer which he explained and fixed for us. The job was completed and it ended up being less than the original quote. Joel and his team were personal, professional and demonstrated expert knowledge. In addition, he was happy to provide some referrals for our landscaping projects. I plan to work with him again in the future. This was by far the best experience I have had with hiring someone for any type of irrigation sprinkler repair.

I had a stuck valve on my sprinkler system that wouldn't turn off. I called Joel on a Sunday and he interrupted his family time to come out and get it fixed. That is next level customer service, he didn’t have to. Luckily, he was able to fix the valve in short order.
