had to wait for the service because they were booked solid but as soon as they got here they find the problems and had it fixed in no time . would call they again if I have a problem because they are worth the wait . my problem was the induction motor and the igniter went bad at the same time . I knew the motor was going because I could hear it and when I was looking at the furnace I saw the igniter had a burn mark ( my stove has the same thing and I have had to change it ) so I know when and igniter is bad , so when they told me my problems I knew they were telling the truth to me .
