Dr. Q is SUPERB! I have been taking my kids there for over 2 years. My kids love going there as he treats kids in a magnificent fashion because he relieves their fear of physician procedures / shots. He is a vastly knowledgeable pediatrician. Also, he takes his time in doing a thorough examination and does not rush things.. He is a highly recommended & highly skilled!

Dr. Q is a fantastic person and doctor. Our family loves working with him. He goes above and beyond, and we highly recommend him.

Dr. Q really treated my daughter well. He listened, understood and explained the issue. The medicine was appropriate and my daughter recovered fast. However, I wasn't happy with the billing. I was concerned that a charge of $425 for office visit was not fair. But I think there's something with the insurance company to do, as Dr. Q explained, though I didn't get all that. I just trust him and so I've edited my review.

Doctor is amazing! Although the staff that work here are terrible. Never helpful and give you the biggest headache. My sons insurance is through a third party payer and they claim the “have contacted several times to determine eligibility for several days” although you do not contact me until the day before the appointment. Then when I get here you try to make me be self pay cause you have no determination to help with the insurance. So you basically refuse to see my child until we figure out the insurance ourselves. Never will I come back to this office just because of the staff. Horrible experience several occurrences not just once. I will be going somewhere else. Somewhere that actual is willing to take care of my child and help with the parents. Update: the note left on my child’s chart was not considerate at all and not happy with the staff once again. Found a great new doctors office that was willing to work with our insurance situation. If you run into any insurance problems do not take your kids here. They will not help you at all!!

Dr.Q is an amazing doctor and is great with my kiddo. Loved the service I received there up until Cook took over. Since Cook took over I’ve seen service decline and staff members not as pleasant as they used to be plus wait times have increased. If it wasn’t for Dr.Q’s great service there wouldn’t be a reason to continue going

Cannot say enough good things about this place. From the moment we walked in we were always greeted warmly, the staff is awesome with my son. Dr. Q always takes the time to listen & never ignores our concerns. 10/10 recommended!

Hands down the best doctor I have personally encountered. I am so happy to have found a great doctor for my son.

Horrible experience with the nurse who poked my son today to draw blood. She is unprepared, inexperienced and doesn’t care to educate the parents what to expect. She poked my son and went out without putting a bandaid on him. He was bleeding and we waited for 10 minutes with my son screaming in pain. She returned and simply said I will have to poke him again on the other hand and couldn’t draw anything and my son was in so much pain. The front office assistant cannot read names and swapped other patient’s paperwork to us. Unprepared for their jobs. While the doctor is fine, I pity the kind of staff assisting him. Poor staff definitively affects the practice and I’m NOT bringing my son back here again. My son is not a subject for some inexperienced nurse to gain experience.

This is our first visit and I must say that we’re 100% satisfied with the appointment. Dr.Q is very detailed throughout and haven’t seen him rushing. I’m happy to find Dr.Q and will definitely refer him.

First time saw a hospital that cutting the patient call when called for making an appointment. Tried 6 times to make a sick appointment as soon as they pick up they say hi and cutting the call.
