Getting my old furnace replaced was simple and fast. They even fixed a problem I had with one of my registers while they were here. Very friendly service. The only thing that wasn't great was the fact that my old furnace stopped working over the weekend and they don't seem to have any weekend hours, so I had to wait a few days before they could check it.

Bob was wonderful! He was super friendly and thorough. He offered great guidance on how to better operate our system (which will help our system run more efficiently and save us money - win, win!).

A technician was sent to my home to investigate a problem with my heating and air system. Sam arrived very promptly, he was exceedingly polite and clean in everything he accomplished here. Obviously he knew his trade very well, he explained what he found, and the experience in my home was to me only delightful. I recommend this company to take care of your heating and air needs.

Thank you for helping us out so quickly! We were worried about how long we might be without hot water but Advantage was able to get us taken care of the same day that it went out! Issue occurred Friday evening. Received a call to schedule a tech to come out first thing Monday morning. Their technician Chris J. was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. As a first time homeowner, I had a lot of questions regarding the furnace and he was more than happy to go over it with me. It is always worth it to buy the home warranty!

We love Advantage Plumbing, Heating and Air. They work with you on scheduling and confirming appointments. This time we had Jason Howard. He came here after we got the 12 inches of snow and worked on our sump pump. He had to come back after the snow melted. Both times he was professional, pleasant and efficient. We highly recommend the company but wanted to give a shoutout and thanks to Jason Howard.

The technician Bob S. was early and super informative, showed me what I was looking at and gave great tips on how to keep my hvac system working for years to come.

Colby and Dalton seemed very professional and competent. I did not appreciate the $250.00 finance fee. I feel that management could've been more understanding due to my circumstances At the very least, a discussion regarding a discount would've been appreciated.
