The communication was great. There was no second-guessing on the price as it was discussed prior to service. The gentleman worked consistently the whole time And provided a fresh new space for our family

Just had all my vents cleaned along with the carpet. Great on vent cleaning. My high traffic areas are still seem dirty. I should have expressed that I would like them gone over again but I didn't. Its been 4 years since we put the new carpet in. We should of had it cleaned a few years back. I will be going out to purchase my own steam cleaner today. That way I can do it when able. Kwik dry did call and want to come back out to go over those areas but with our schedule it's difficult. I really appreciate that. So I give them a 5 star. If you have high traffic areas be sure to ask for a second go over and they will. Great company.

I had my dryer vent cleaned by Johnny from Advantage Kwik Dry and couldn’t be happier! Scheduling was super easy. They had an opening within a few days, and their pricing was better than other companies I checked with. Johnny called about 20 minutes before arriving, which I appreciated. Funny enough, we realized we’d met before. Johnny cleaned our basement carpets when he worked for another company about a year ago, and we were really happy with the results then too! He walked me through the whole dryer vent cleaning process and showed me the strong airflow afterward to confirm everything was clear. I also asked about duct cleaning, and he took the time to explain it and gave me a quote before leaving. We’ll definitely be using Johnny and Advantage Kwik Dry again for our ducts, dryer vent, and carpet cleaning. Awesome technician and customer service! Highly recommend!

Caleb did a thorough job cleaning our carpets. He meticulously worked around our furniture to clean our living area. Carpets are as bright and clean as when we moved into our home.

Caleb did an outstanding job explaining the process of cleaning out the ducts in our home. Because our home is older (1955), there were vents that were not completely able to access through the top vent opening, but he was able to reach through the ducts in the basement. He also showed me the before and after pictures. I appreciate the work he has done through Advantage Kwik Dry and would highly recommend them.

Caleb cleaned our carpets the day we moved into our new home. It was a crazy day with tons of people around and he remained professional and accommodating. He was knowledgeable and personable. Caleb impressed us and made it a great customer service experience. Would recommend to anyone!
