Advantaclean – There when you need them!!! We have conducted business with Advantaclean a number of times to provide services in our rental condo. The first time we met the owners was shortly after Hurricane Michael. We experienced mold in our condo sometime after the storm. We needed our ductwork cleaned, and the owners promptly responded to our request for assistance. Other mold remediation companies we called prior to calling Advantaclean claimed to be too busy to give us the time of day to assist with our problem, and we desperately needed to remediate all sources of mold. Advantaclean was there for us and has been ever since. We have experienced the need for some testing and moisture evaluation in the condo. Every time we have requested services from Advantaclean, they are extremely responsive to our requests. The owners are professional, honest, and willing to provide assistance. We have also needed assistance with locating other types of experts that are familiar with mold and moisture. When Advantaclean did not provide the professional services we needed, they were willing to provide referrals to other experts that could assist us. We appreciate the business relationship we have built with the owners of Advantaclean and recommend their services to others.

AdvantaClean came out to my home for air duct cleaning yesterday, January 15, 2026. Immediately, Matt and Cat Presented themselves, extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They walked my home with me and answered my questions. The service they provided was nothing short of phenomenal. When they were finished, the Home was properly secured, all the lights were off, and it was left in perfect order. They had taken every precaution to cover my furnishings and took care of everything as if it was their own. I highly recommend this company and will gladly hire them again in the future

I recently bought a new house & had AdvantaClean clean all of my ducts and HVAC. The before and after photos are shocking, the home was only 4 years old!! I am so thankful for the sweet people of AdvantaClean, I already feel like my air is more fresh! I will definitely be using them for all of my rental properties & referring to all of my clients!

Jim looked at our AC duct work and unit after a mold test came back positive. His quote was reasonable and recommended duct cleaning rather than replacement, which would have been significantly more expensive. Chad was also very attentive in scheduling the work and making sure it was completed on schedule. Ultimately, we passed our mold test so I can't recommend them enough for the work they did.

I reached out to get my ducts cleaned Friday night and they were clean before 3pm on Saturday! Excellent service! They listen to your needs and meet them!
