"Jim, Cindy, and their team are fantastic! We had a property that we were renovating to "flip", and had previously had very limited experience dealing with water damage and mold removal. Jim was communicative in explaining the process, as well as what WE needed to do to prepare them for the remediation. He was thorough and assisted us in problem solving throughout the entire process.
