We needed a utility locate for our garage. We have a complicated system with geothermal heating inside the flooring. Advanced Underground was able to navigate through the system and find all the lines so that work performed the next day on the slab went flawlessly due to Kali's knowledge and experience. CALL BEFORE YOU DIG. We called Advanced Underground originally because we wanted to know if we could dig some footings for a deck and the utility company will only mark from the street to the house. Kali from Advanced Underground came out the next afternoon and found electrical, gas, and water lines we didn't even know we had. Kali was responsive, punctual, professional, and explained in detail what he had found, and what it meant. We have a pool, and old lighting throughout our yard, so he had his work cut out for him. He also answered all of our questions, and marked some additional electrical in the front yard we had forgotten to mention when we originally called. If we need to dig again, Advanced Underground Utility Locating is going to be our first call.

Call before you dig. I always do to be safe...However listen carefully because they (the city) will only locate from the street to the water meter which is likely at the street. So you need a private locate done on your project in the areas you are gonna dig, call Advanced Underground- they are responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. Not having this done quickly was blocking our panel upgrade as we needed to sink two 8’ ground rods near the meter base which could have hit a line. I called and they fit us in quickly! Now we proceed safely with minimal disruptions. Thanks!!

I needed help finding our buried water line for a new sprinkler system. I called on Tuesday afternoon and they came out Wednesday morning and found it in 20 mins or so. Very professional and super helpful as we can now continue our project with minimal delay.

Kali was great at performing a difficult locate with 'As-Builts' that were faulty. He was very thorough, professional and stayed on the job until he had located an important electrical junction box so we could modify the service to our house.
