Advanced Septic

I had a very old septic tank with a failed drain field. I reached out to Advanced Septic for an entirely new system. They responded quickly and the service from start to finish was a smooth as could be. They came as soon as the permits were issued. They did a good job totally replacing my septic system. The crew explained to me what they were doing and how it all worked. They were in and out in one day. I would recommend them.

9/23/25 Matt & Hunter came to my home to pump my septic tank. Those young men worked very hard to gain access to my tank cover and did a fine job of emptying the tank. I was impressed with their work ethic. They didn't stop until the job was complete which included re-sealing the tank lid. And provided an estimate for a new drain field. Very professional in their appearance and attitude. Thanks for a job well done Steve Coomes

I had Advanced septic to inspect a septic system on a house I have a pending contract on Dom & Matt came out and did the inspection, and they did a great job, and unfortunately found an issue with the leach field. They were very professional and explained everything. These young men really impressed us.

technicians came out and pumped my sewage, which was fine, but in putting everything back, they Cracked the cap. When I spoke with Kim the following day to report it, she proceeded to ask me three different ways and stated that it was previously cracked. This is less than a $20 part, I don’t appreciate being called a liar or being told that it was already cracked when I know it was not. I will buy the part myself, but I would recommend you don’t have them at your property because if they mess something up, they won’t tell you, and then accuse you when you report it. Pretty sure I would’ve noticed if the cap was cracked before they got here. 🧐 FYI - Mike Scott plumbing gave us one for free! We offered to pay, but they said no without ever being to our place or servicing our septic! Yet Kim allowed this negative review over less than $20! 🤣 call Mike Scott plumbing instead of advanced septic!

The team was kind, knowledgeable, and very professional. They explained everything clearly and worked efficiently. It’s rare to find a company that’s both prompt and personable—highly recommend!

Would recommend Advenced Septic to anyone! They really turned my crappy situation into a better evening. The two gentleman that came out were thorough and very informative. Even spent extra time making sure they hosed out EVERYTHING inside the tank and made sure the drain field wasn’t clogged. Highly recommend. Highly satisfied.

Had 5 separate tanks pumped out. KD was excellent, punctual, hardworking and most importantly not a whiner! Had some hard digging. Office staff kept me informed throughout process, they were exceptional too. Well run operation with amazing equipment. Highly recommend.

We called them out to check our septic, we were having dirt falling in. After checking, the lids were not properly put in place. Advanced Septic came out and took care of all that plus cleaned out our septic. We were very pleased with the work they did. Very professional. We would recommend them to anyone.

I normally don't leave reviews, but when a company goes above and beyond I'll take the extra minute to share it. We've used Advanced Septic three times over the last few years, once for the RV and 2x for our home. I've dealt with Kim from their office staff mostly and shes always right there with knowledgeable answers and quick responses to phone calls, or return them right away when I left messages after hours or weekends. Scheduling was easy, The pump out crews showed up when they said they would, they fully cleaned out the tanks like they should. I have a nice home and appreciate that they respect it by being careful with my landscaping around the tank.. They even provided advice on how to prevent it from happening again by using tank enzymes! They definitely make professionallsim a priority! Every crew took photos of b4 and after, and reported everything they did immediately back to their office. All in all the entire process went smoothly and quick each time, taking less then 1hr of my time. They even cleaned up nicely when done.. These guys are about as good as the crap business is going to get id imagine. wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others 👍

Had Advanced septic come out to pump my tank last week. When they pulled to cover to the tank I noticed lots of roots growing through the cover into the tank. I had wondered if they would make any effort to clean the are so it would seal better in the future but they covered it over before I could check. They didn’t do a great job filling in the hole so I dug it up myself the next day. They did not clean around the cover at all. They also parked the truck in two locations due to not having enough hose to make it to my septic. In the process they dragging the hoses across the top of my concrete curbing. My curbing now has blue streaks on it from the hoses. Why not move the hose one way or another around the beds. When I emailed to ask if they would normally clean around the cover to remove roots and make a better seal they said that is not part of the process. They also told me they take the most direct root to get to the tank that’s why they scuffed the curbing. They did apologize and say that has never happened before. So basically if your flowerbeds or bedroom are in the direct root that is the way they are going. Too time consuming to go around. Maybe it was because it was hot or I was the last job of the day. I even tipped the two guys and offered them cold beverages.
