Advance Sealing and Striping absolutely deserves 5 stars. They did an incredible job on my commercial parking lot, and I could not be happier with the final result. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, detailed, and easy to work with. From one business owner to another, I can honestly say they were on point in every way. What really stood out to me is that they are a true one stop shop. They handled everything from the patch work, to the seal coating, to the final striping. Their process also sets them apart from other companies because they apply two spray coats, not just one. That extra step made a huge difference in the finished look and quality of the job. The lot looks clean, sharp, fresh, and professionally done. The owner pays very close attention to detail, and it shows. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about doing the job the right way. The crew was hardworking, respectful, and focused on making sure everything turned out right. I also want to mention something that really proved to me that they stand behind their work. One of the workers accidentally walked on it too early and messed up quite a few spots. I will admit, I freaked out a little at first, but I did not need to. They addressed it right away and fixed it without hesitation. That kind of accountability is rare, and it says a lot about the company. This was my third time hiring a seal coating company, and after two other companies did what I considered a horrible job, Advance Sealing and Striping was by far the best. The difference in quality, professionalism, communication, and attention to detail was night and day. If you need patch work, seal coating, or striping done, this is absolutely the place to call. They know what they are doing, they take pride in the finished product, and they stand behind their work. I highly recommend Advance Sealing and Striping and would not hesitate to hire them again and will do when I need a refresh.
