I’d just like to thank Advanced Roofing for the excellent service they provided. Adam and his staff surpassed my expectations. This is the first time I had to file a home insurance claim and they really set my mind at ease during the whole process. I was worried I’d have to pay much more than what my insurance covered and this wasn’t the case, thank goodness. The roof is beautiful (see pictures uploaded) and the quality is much better than other roofing companies. They follow manufacture products Certainteed guidelines which included upgrades at no additional cost. I also had interior work done and the ceiling repairs were also excellent. They cleaned up the yard and the interior very well which was so nice to come home to. I’d also like to mention that Adam was so flexible and understanding of my son with special needs schedule and was so kind and supportive to him. If you’re looking for a superb company for your roofing needs this is the company to call. You won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely the best quality work by the best people. This is our second time using them on different homes. They are amazing, efficient, competitively priced. Adam has been our main contact and wants to be 100% sure your satisfied. He is professional,well grounded and just great. I'd recommend them to everyone.

I would leave 10 stars if they allowed. I had a new roof put on three years ago buy another company. It started to leak almost immediately. They had done such a poor job, I didn’t want to call them back. I asked a friend if she has any recommendations and she told me her neighbor had Advance Roofing Solutions and she was really pleased. I called and Joe answered and gave me a quote that day. Adam came out the next day and went over everything with me. The crew showed up early in the morning and buy 4:PM they were through. I can’t say enough about the professional and very respectful crew. Adam took pictures of the tear down and what all they did every step of the way. I would highly recommend them to everyone who needs a new roof. Thank you so much

Brandon did an excellent job with my roof inspection. He was thorough, professional, and took the time to break everything down in a way I could understand. His presentation was clear and detailed. If I could give more than 5 stars to Advanced Roofing Solutions, I certainly would. This company was referred to me by a friend who used them to put a new roof on his house and his mother’s home. From my first phone call with Joe to the follow up call from Adam, I knew I did not need to call another company for a quote. The professionalism and respect shown to me was beyond anything I had experienced in quite some time. Adam helped me select a shingle color (quite different from the basic black already on the aged roof) to coordinate with the brick. We scheduled the install date and his crew arrived promptly at 6:30 a.m. ready to begin working. They moved my planters and pots out of the way and covered all the shrubbery, deck and driveway. Adam was out of the country on vacation and still communicated with me through the entire process. Joe, the owner, came out at the end of the day to check on the situation and made sure I was happy and satisfied. After returning from vacation, Adam came out and showed me the pictures of the condition of the roof after the old shingles were removed. Everyone went above and beyond my expectations…from getting the shingles delivered the day before to my home, to the installation, and follow-up so that the old roof could be replaced before the next round of rain storms came through. I cannot put into words how great it was to work with Advanced Roofing Solutions. From calling Joe on Monday to inquire about cost, I received an estimate within hours! Next Adam reached out to show us color samples and get that finalized on Wednesday and by the time I got home from work today (Friday) our roof was completely tore off and replaced in one day 🤯. It looks amazing!!!! They add extra touches that other companies weren't offering for a very competitive price. If you are in need of a roof I highly recommend Joe and team 🤩

In may 2023 I had some shingles replaced on the roof due to a leak. Paid this company 1000 dollars to fix it. I was happy with the work. Months later when it would rain I thought I could hear a leak in the roof, but I thought I was imagining it. Two years later had to get the house inspected because it is currently pending sale. The inspector found mold in the attic and a leak in the same spot that I had this company work on. I was told by them that the warranty expired but they would work with me. When I asked for a quote and date they stopped replying. After three days of being ignored I called and was told I would have to wait until next week because he is on a fishing trip. I started trying to explain that I am on a time crunch because the house is supposed to be sold in two weeks, but he talked over me, he just kept repeating “I’m on a fishing trip”. I hung up. They took my 1000$ and left the roof the same as before.

Five stars isn’t enough to rate the service and attention we got from Adam Kniphfer at Advanced! From the first meeting until the completion of the job he was in communication with us on the status of the work. We were never left wondering what was happening. The crew was quick, kept our yard safe, and cleaned up after the work was completed. Then Adam personally returned to make a final inspection and found a couple more random nails 😀 I highly recommend Advanced Roofing Solutions, LLC if you’re looking for a professional roofing job done right!

Adam came out and gave us an estimate on Thursday, and him and his crew were installing our new roof on Monday! They were all very professional and thoroughly explained all of our options and the process.
