The staff isn't friendly, they don't relay messages, it's hard to get ahold of anybody, and it seems like everything is disorganized. The doctor is extremely rude and uninterested in listening to the patient. The PA I saw was nice, but that doesn't undo everything else.

This is a great place to come if you are in pain and need relief. I've been coming to pain management for years with diffrent practices. I've finally found someone who listens to me and doesn't just throw pills at me. Dr. Sara Nicknam listens to me. For me personally it's a great comfort to know I finally have a doctor who listens.

Doctor Palmer is absolutely the best doctor here at Advanced pain diagnostic! The females at the desk are incredible. Great service. They are quick with their sign in respectful great place to come to.

This pain management location is a pill mill. They give out pain medicine in excess to cause you to be addicted. The staff are all rude. There are there to milk the system and make money where they have no expertise. I am familiar with medical malpractice suit that is going to happen for causing harm to patients. The front desk are two horrible women with an attitude that is worse than anything I have seen. The word will get around as they are going through staff quickly as they are all doing a job that requires integrity. They are not licensed for all services! They overbill and attempt to ask you for money. They should be shut down for harming and destroying lives.

Dana was a miracle worker for me. She moved mountains to get a precedure I have been waiting for, She is outstanding in customer service which is so rare today

I didn’t think any medical office could be worse than Kaiser, yet here we are! They ignored my complaints and requests for a new neck MRI for 8 months. Now i have a chronic cervical fracture, that could have been fixed had they listened. plus, they haven’t even contacted me about the fracture! They have caused me additional life-long pain and i will bet you they still won’t provide me the same pain relief given to others. they claim they only prescribe Belbuca for long-term pain and only four short-term pain tablets daily, but that isn’t true.

You will wait a full month for a doctor to send an order to pharmacy because apparently it’s very hard for him to press one button and with great technology like internet it’s ready in seconds in a pharmacy but we live in 10th century America before European colonization with no horses available to send a letter

I have been a patient for the past 3 1/2 years and although the Sacramento office can be very crowded and busy every doctor that I have seen there have been very kind and professional. The staff and doctors really listen to your problems and try to figure out the best solution for you.

This is a pretty awesome place, that's first rate in my book. staff is awesome and kind, doctor Kim is great, very intelligent, kind and caring, she takes the time to listen and come up with really good solutions for managing pain.❤️👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

While my medical treatment wasn't bad, the customer service there was awful. Erik Smith was the PA and he was extremely dismissive and rude, making me feel very uncomfortable. He seemed polite at first, but as I started talking to him about my problems I could tell he did not really care about solving any of my issues and wanted to get the appointment over with. As a result, I will never be returning and do not recommend this place.
