I called today after looking for an eye clinic in my insurance app which is dubai care some lady picked my call i asked do you accept this insurance dubai care and she never responded and transferred the call which was really unprofessional then mr khalil picked the call and he was in a kind of hurry for some reson when i asked do you accept the insurance dubai care he had a clear answer ready for me NO we dont accept dubai care and wanted to hangup the call then i told him that i saw your clinic name in my insurance app list then he changed and said yes ok we accept but the doctor is not available. so I will never come to such clinic and will never suggest any one to visit this place because if this is the welcome to the patient phone then i cant imagine how it will be like when we go there im sending you this as an email and will also post the same on google reviews thank you

Dr. Niaz shouted on me twice, because i asked the result of the consultation, numbers, or at least a report, looks he welcoms nicely only Asians like him, i kept quiet just for the respect of his age, i also disappointed from the hand smell of his assistant she was really smelling fish and did not wash her hands, her uniform is dirty and frankly told me, who r u to ask he's very famous doctor !!! After 20 years in UAE , with 10 years in medical insurance field and experiencing different doctors, i first time meet this kind of service..Really shame ... And u reply my questions here ?! 😂 Let me tell u wrong story, really i can't say more. !!! U mistreated me and ur female assistant. I have 2o years in this country and surely I have visited tens of medical centers but never met ur nervosity and treat.

BarakAllah, Dr. Niaz is a great doctor. I got some kind of infection in my eye, which ruined my sleep and whatnot. He prescribed me eye drops and ointments, which gave me ease within a night. Definitely recommend it. My only advice would be to have someone at the reception the whole time.

I visited the clinic for tooth cleaning and filling.the doctor was very kind and professional.The clinic is clean and the staff are helpful.Thank you for the good service.

Dr Niaz khan is very good doctor.I went to clinic with my kids.His way of talking and attitude towards my kids very good.There is no waiting time.He spended more time for consultation.Staff are very friendly and cooperative.I highly recommend for advanced eye clinic.
