If you want someone with a can-do attitude and the experience to get something working, you need to call Brian at Advanced Machine. We had an excellent experience working with him and cannot recommend him highly enough. We purchased an older Lobo dovetail machine for our woodshop that lacked both model and serial numbers and could not get it to work consistently. After reaching out to both the original owner and Lobo, we were stuck. We tried the repair shop recommended by Lobo, bu they told us none of their techs knew the machine. Brian came to the rescue. He answered our email quickly, looked at the videos and photos we sent, tracked down parts for us along with the correct manual, made an appointment to drive 3 hours to reach us, showed up on time, and worked on the machine until he figured out the problem and got us up and running. We will be calling him for any future equipment problems.

Our business has an older CNC machine with various issues that wouldn't warrant scrapping the machine for a new one. Brian came to us and was able to help resolve the issues even though it was a challenge finding parts and technical support for our older machine. I feel like we found the needle in the haystack with Brian who was willing to come out to our facility and work on this dinosaur. He was on-time, performed the work he signed up for, gave an honest assessment, and was very professional.
