I love how Jake was so sweet and honest about the before and after service he provided. I never met someone who was very knowledgeable about chimneys and how often they should be serviced. I haven’t got my chimney cleaned at all in the past but now I can tell the difference and the concern of possibly causing a fire because how dirty it was. 10/10
