I found Mike on google when my laptop died. I trusted his numerous five-star reviews, so I called. He was quick to get me in for an appointment and had my laptop working again within two days. Both Mike and Aubrey impressed me with their comprehensive service and exceeded my expectations as they outfitted me with extra hardware and software to simplify and optimize my PC performance. It's running faster than before. They were flexible with payment options and worked with my schedule. Their office location on Val Vista and HWY 60 is super convenient for all of mesa. I highly recommend Advanced IT Solutions if you are searching for a repair tech but don't know who to choose from in the area.

I would highly recommend Mike at Advanced IT Solutions LLC for any computer repair or other related computer work you may need done. He was so fast, comprehensive, and professional and the work that was done was beyond my expectations. I had a computer that needed to be wiped and reconfigured from a "work" computer to one of personal use. He basically started the computer from scratch, added all the appropriate programs that I would need (and then some) from what I expressed I would need to use on a personal basis. He organized the laptop so well and made sure I had appropriate security and cleanup tools to be sure it stayed functioning at its' highest capacity. He went through a demo with me to be sure I understood everything he had done and the tools he had provided me. I couldn't be more pleased. For the services he provided the cost was more than fair. I would not hesitate to use this company again for any of my computer needs and you should too !

Mike and the team at Advanced IT Solutions were fantastic! I had an overheating laptop and another one that was completely dead but had some crucial files on it. Mike not only fixed the overheating issue but also recovered my data from the old laptop. My boot drive had died in my gaming rig - Mike and his team went above and beyond to ensure my PC not only has a working boot drive, but is properly optimized to be a gaming computer by adding more RAM. All for less than $300 - he even gave me a mouse pad and a new surge protector after demoing at pickup. Highly recommend if you want great & friendly service that goes above and beyond! They've also got a huge fish tank as an added bonus lol :)

Dealing with a possible computer hacking issue is stressful, but this team was amazing. I’ve been in a couple of times and they were patient, thorough, and truly cared about helping me resolve the problem. I felt confident and supported the entire time. Great service! I thought that Advanced IT Solutions was Great!! Mike was very helpful. I brought my computer on a Wednesday and had it back that Friday afternoon. Mike, went over the improvements that he did on the computer to make it run faster and smoother. I highly recommend them.

Had my business computer start to go bad this week. Started calling around the neighborhood and found what turned out to be a really good find. Mike walked me through the needed steps to bring the computer back to new life, it saved me thousands of dollars.
