Mike really saved us when our old laptop took its last breath. I explained what we needed from the laptop that died and he was able to retrieve all of the information. This guy knows what he's doing, is professional, has the answers, and will treat you like gold!! He got us set up with a great laptop at a fantastic price too! I work with IT Service providers and I had an incredible experience working with Mike at Advanced IT Solutions. He went above and beyond to recover my photos from a damaged hard drive—quickly and efficiently. What truly stood out was his compassion during a very difficult time in my life.
