I built a website for Advanced Irrigation and I have had such a pleasant experience with the owner Michael. The owner is super responsive and a great professional who takes pride in his work. You can tell he genuinely cares for customers which is a rarity nowadays. If you need irrigation services in the Ottawa area, I would 110% recommend Advanced Irrigation.

Mike and his team did a fantastic job with the installation and wireless set up our irrigation system. He is easy to get in touch with for any questions we had and is great for communicating when it is time for start up and shut down of the system. I would recommend Advanced Irrigation to anyone looking for a summer long of green healthy grass and gardens.

Most especially he was always very patient with me as I learned the system and handled my concerns swiftly with the utmost professionalism. Advanced Irrigation Systems are Great! Each season at the start or year end closing I receive an email indicating the time they will be around to open/close my system, along with invoice for the service they are providing and what I need to do to prepare for their service call. This year I had to disconnect my system to have some work done on our foundation, we had to delay the start of our opening. No problem. Michael and his crew came by when the other work was completed, and reconnected my system. He accommodated our needs / schedule. Great service !

I signed in with advanced irrigation 4 years ago. Great and professional service. Mike responds quickly to any request. He always accommodates my requests. They open and close the system in specific times, more than one time I requested to postpone their visit for a construction work in my backyard, he always accommodates my requests. I needed as well to change some sprinklers Location, he did that in a very professional way. I do recommend that great company.

Have been clients for a number of years, they installed our system and have done our opening and closings yearly. The few times we have needed service they have been prompt friendly and responsive including when it was outside their area of control (controller).
