We recently finished this project in Houston where our crews first installed 15 new energy efficient windows. We then came back to remove the old, rotted T1-11 siding which was put on a lot of houses in Houston 30+ years ago, and installed 7/16” OSB sheathing and new James Hardie Cedarmill lap siding and Rustic Grain trim. We also replaced the soffit, fascia, and trim, and the off wall flashing and drip edge as needed. Lastly, we painted all of the new Hardie products and three entry doors.
