Swollen foot. Are your feet in pain? Is one of them swollen. Swelling of a foot can be an indication of a serious issue. Do not procrastinate, come get it checked out. It could be a serious side effect of diabetes, such as, Charcot neuroarthropathy. Maybe it is gout. Or it can be an infection like cellulitis. Don't be surprised if an x Ray shows a fracture.
