My experience with Advanced Damp Ltd has been a very positive one from start to completion. My first interactions with Subana Akhtar in customer support revealed a warmth, professionalism, and care for the customer. I had an issue of penetrative damp in the bathroom of my basement flat. Advanced Damp Ltd sent their structural engineer, Paul Rowley, who was very approachable, very professional, and super knowledgeable. He was able to identify the areas of importance for treatment both internally and externally and offered additional suggestions not immediately required for the immediate issue. The damp-proofing technicians carried out their work very effectively, and I'm very pleased with the results.
I was able to get an appointment much earlier than expected, which was great, but it meant I had two technicians start on separate days, one working internally and the other working externally. I believe this led to some confusion as to who was removing the waste and rubble. Although the work locations were effectively cleaned up and the waste was all contained, the bags were left on site. One phone call to Subana in customer support resolved the issue completely. Apologies were received, and she arranged for it all to be cleared first thing in the morning...and it was!!! Things can and do sometimes go wrong. A little disappointing? Yes, but for me, it's about how a company handles anything that arises. I'm very pleased with the quality of the work and the excellent service provided.
