This is by far the best chiropractor not only in the South Bay, but in the Los Angeles area. He does not try to oversell you on services. He is extremely effective, uses gentle equipment, and gets outstanding results! Whenever I have a problem, I go and see him and within two or three treatments I'm feeling great again! I cannot recommend his office highly enough! You will not be disappointed.

I've been seeing Dr. Sahrai for the past 20 years, and I couldn't be happier with the care I've received. From my first appointment, Dr. Sahrai took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and explain the treatment plan in detail. His communication skills are top-notch, always making sure I understand each adjustment and its purpose. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, The wellness center itself is clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive experience. Recently I have grown a bigger fan of Dr. Sahrai's, discovering his "from the distance" healing skills. My brother who was in a business trip to our old country started experiencing excruciating pain in his lower back and right foot debilitating him from any activities or rest at home let alone going about the business he had traveled for. After 3 weeks of consultation with local top specialists and not feeling any progress, I thought of sharing the problem with Dr. Sahrai for his advice. He asked me to arrange a WhatsApp call meeting with my brother. It was 11pm our time in LA and Dr. Sahrai over the phone and after 20 minutes of asking pertinent questions rendered his diagnosis without seeing or examining my brother and provided a list of exercises and maneuvers which my brother was trying as we were on line. I could hear my brother's voice change for the better. Now 3 days later my brother is up and running following Dr. Sahrai's advice and can't wait to come back home for an in-person treatment. Dr. Sahrai, thanks for making our lives as pain free as humanely possible.

A couple weeks ago my back went out and I was excruciating pain. After "cold calling" numerous offices, the team at Advanced Body Care got me in immediately. The office staff were EXCELLENT. So kind, mindful, and respectful. It really made a difference in my experience. Dr. Sahrai treated me that day with an abundance of care and concern. He used gentle but highly effective techniques. Within 3 consecutive days of treatment, I was back to ~ 75%. After a week and a half, my back was basically back to normal. I am continuing to see Dr. Sahrai for maintenance chiropractic and will start receiving massages at Advanced Body Care as well. I highly recommend Advanced Body Care to help manage pain and maintain your wellness.

After my second treatment, i was on my way and can pledge that it is one of the best adjustments i have ever had. I do not normally do such reviews, however, i am so grateful to have back my mobility and feel balanced and happy again. Dr. Sahrai has been amazing helping me with my neck pains. He has worked with me patiently for months. I have been amazed with his knowledge, kind staff especially Sami and the cleanliness of his amazing new facility. The biggest advantage for me was the variety of the services that was offered. Acupuncture to massage to chiropractic services were all under one roof which eliminates the hassle. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Sahrai and his staff are amazing! I injured my low & mid back weight lifting and I had been dealing with shoulder tendinitis for years, and after about 3 visits I felt amazing relief. Dr. Roozbeh Sahrai has been treating me since 2010, and his gentle and effective treatment of my lower back issues has changed my life tremendously for the better. I am now much more functional and am in a newfound position to "live life". Dr. Sahrai is extremely knowledgeable and has a terrific way with patients. I have no reason to look elsewhere for my chiropractic needs, and I highly recommend him. For several years, as part of my therapeutic treatment, I’ve also been receiving excellent massages in his office. While it hasn’t been the same massage therapist all this time, the massages are always of very high quality, due to the thorough screening that Dr. Sahrai does before bringing on a new massage therapist. My only disappointment would be if he ever up and left the area. Again, I recommend him highly.

Dr. Sahrai is an excellent, caring professional. His office is comfortable and his staff is wonderful. I went to see Dr. Sahrai for pain in my forearm and elbow. Through treatment that pain has disappeared. We are now tackling a chronic frozen shoulder that hasn't had much movement in years. When visiting Los Angeles from the East Coast, my upper back and neck was killing me after the long flight. Dr. Sahrai was incredible in getting all the tension and pain out of my back and neck. I appreciated his thoughtfulness in taking his time in figuring our where the problems lay and fixing those specifically. I'm used to other Chiropractors simply doing their standard routine in 5 minutes and sending me on my way. On my first visit I knew I made the right decision, Dr. Sahrai and his staff made me feel welcome, and after a few visits I felt like a new person, all my pain is now gone. Dr. Sahrai takes the time to talk to you, and shows you that he is truly concerned about you while making no promises. The word "Miracle Worker" is best to describe the talent and the Activator technic that Dr. Sahrai uses to cure his patients. I Drive 55 miles from Orange County for my treatments because after 20 years of pain Dr. Sahrai is the only one that made my pain to go aw. ...and he’s simply the best Chiropractor I have ever met.
