Advanced Basement Pros

I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to do so to highly recommend Adv Basement Pros. Recently had some basement cracks repaired and they did a fantastic job at a good price. Completely trusted Mark, Kirk, and their staff.

We were extremely pleased with the work performed by ABP. We had what to us was an emergency and they came quickly and got all the work done in one day. This included the four walls of our basement with a french drain, one wall of rebar to reinforce concrete block, weep barrier all around and two sump pumps. The basement and outside were professionally cleaned up, the team of 10 was extremely efficient and polite. Even better this was a complete solution that was far less expensive than some of the "big guys".Time will tell but we are very happy with the work performed.

From beginning to end, I was happy with Mark and his team. The owner personally inspected my basement and oversaw the extensive project. I was happy with the price, speed, and quality of work. They took all of my concerns seriously, and thoroughly explained what I could expect to happen, the nature of the work, and why they did it. I feel like I got an apprenticeship! Anyway, I have already recommended their services to a few friends, and will continue to do so whenever someone needs basement work/water proofing.

After being in our home for over 13 years, all the sudden started getting water in the basement. Basement is finished and was concerned that one of the walls would need to be removed. Kirk assured me that his team could do the job without removing the wall. Kirk is very knowlegable and educated me on what was happening and about a Water Management System. Kirk and his team were great! Kirk explained to me in detail what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. They did the job in about 6 hours or so and were very professional and clean. Also, the cost of job was very reasonable. Would recommend Kirk and his team to anyone having water issues in their basement.

Advanced Basement Professionals does a very good job. We got several estimates for our basement water problem. ABP was the only one that really saw the entire scope of the problem. They installed a drain at the entrance of our garage and also installed drainage along the interior walls. In addition, the vapor barrier that they put on the walls is a very nice touch. I should also mention how responsive they are to any issue that may arise after the job is done. We had an alarm that kept going off on the sump pump's battery backup and they stayed on it until the issue was resolved. Overall, very good work, and real nice people.

Our basement had a major leak for several years. Since the water didn’t go beyond a certain point (it drained into the slab gap and into the sump), I just put it out of my mind. Finally, after waking up in the middle of the night in a panic attack, I knew I had to do something about it. I moved all of the basement junk away from the walls and found they were covered in mold. I called Advanced Basement Professionals and Kirk came out the next day. He proposed a major fix and scheduled his workers for the following week. I could not be happier with the results. I have battery protected sump pumps and clean covered walls… and no leaks. The best words I can say have to do with the attitude of the workers: totally polite with the boss on-site for much of the work. It was a 2 day job and there were probably 6-7 men working. All of our stuff was completely covered and they cleaned up totally. I would be happy to talk to anyone who wants me to tell them about this company. A+

Mark Denny from Advanced Basement Professionals came to our house and helped to diagnose the bad construction that damaged our foundation and he fixed the walls and also did a french Drain at the same time. We are very happy that they could diagnose and repair the water coming in as well as the walls being damaged at the same time. they were prompt, courteous, and professional, I would highly recommend them, thanks guys!!

Mark and Kurt are very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. Same with their crew who waterproofed our basement. The outcome of the job was exactly as promised and exceeded our expectations. We are very pleased with the job and based on our job would highly recommend them.

Kirk and his crew did a fantastic job on waterproofing my basement. They were responsive to my needs and concerns.they explained the rational behind their proposal, making it very clear to me. I shudder to think what would have happened if it wasn't completed before hurricane Ida.I highly recommend.
