I heard about advanced auto glass on social media, and I'm usually skeptical of recommendations from people on social sites... But I noticed comments from the owner himself and he seemed genuine and like a good dude, so I hit him up to replace the windshield in my old school 4Runner. When I first called, he told me he was at a junkyard and working on removing some parts for his personal truck and he would call me later. After we hung up, I jokingly sent a text asking him to pick me up some random little parts I was missing for the 4Runner and I don't think he ever responded.
He called me the next day, gave me a price and available times to put in the windshield and we agreed on 2 or 3 days later. He showed up to my work, I showed him the 4Runner/windshield and he said to give him a couple hours. I went to do some work stuff, got a text that it was done, and that was it. Or so I thought.. when I went to pay him, he handed me the missing parts from the 4Runner that I totally even forgot I asked about. I was pretty shocked, great customer service right there. I paid via venmo, and that was that. Pretty painless transaction all around.
