Service was excellent and the efficiency was outstanding. They ensured high quality while also taking the customer’s needs into consideration. My alloy wheel needed repair, and I had to pick up my car the same day — which is usually impossible. However, understanding that I needed the car to pick up my child, they prioritised my repair and completed it promptly. Absolutely fantastic service. The pricing was also very reasonable.

I recently took my car here to have a bent wheel fixed. It was in my dealer service that they pointed out that I had a bent wheel and it needed to be fixed. Advanced Allow Wheel Repairs was close by. I rang them and they were very accommodating with me bringing my car in. Car was fixed very promptly the same morning I brought it in. All the people there were great to talk to and really genuine. They even introduced me to the person who fixed my wheel so they could explain the extent to which it was bent and what was needed to fix it. Highly recommend this place!

Just recently had two black ss redline rims with severe gutter rash repaired from these guys and honestly the customer service was fantastic but let me say the end result was awesome cannot believe they are the same rims well done to all involved

Called and booked as they were closed over Christmas for a crack repair and a bent wheel. The ladies in the office are very warm and friendly. Excellent customer service. Very happy with the results my car doesn’t violently vibrate and the cost was reasonable. I hope I don’t need to use your services again but if I do I will be coming back!!

Sent an email enquiring about repairs I would need a quote for with photos ect waited over a week sent another email. Got nothing back. Rather unfortunate as I knew about this company for years and wanted to give them a go.

I have been using Advanced Alloys for the past twenty years and after deciding that I wanted my silver alloys refinished in powercoat black, I called and spoke to Bec and then Lorenzo to book the job in and speak about the finish I was after. The results were spectacular (as usual), with the paint finish indistinguishable from OEM factory quality. Outstanding service and flawless results. I damaged my 22” wheel, and the team did an amazing job with a fast 36-hour turnaround. The experience was excellent from start to finish. The entire team was professional, friendly, and great to deal with. Even though I walked in off the street, I was treated like a VIP from the moment I arrived. I’m beyond happy with the outcome and would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing alloy wheel repairs. This place is clearly a cut above the rest, far better than any others I’ve dealt with.

The team here were great. I let them choose the colour based on their experience and am really pleased with the outcome. I wish I had pics of the before condition, as the wheels were in a shocking state.
