⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Fantastic Service! I recently had a Mitsubishi AS Series Air Conditioner installed in my office, and I couldn’t be happier! Advance Air Northern Rivers, run by Issac, were an absolute pleasure to deal with helpful, professional, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. After waiting three weeks (and making five calls! and each time someone promise to call us back but did not!) for one of the major installer, I have had enough! I wanted someone local and reliable, so I contacted Issac at Advance Air Northern Rivers, AND WITH Issac what a difference! From my very first call to, issac coming to the house to give a detailed quote, email quote to be accept, answer several questions & inquiries,, ordering stock, turning up 15 minutes early before start work, time, installed the unit with minimum fuss , with great care including a drop-down sheets was careful not to make a mess and be tidy and cleaned up all the mess inside & , tidying up the whole area as if it was brand-new outside , and to the moment he drove away with the job perfectly completed & finished, the whole process took only nine days. That’s outstanding service! My office is now beautifully cool and comfortable, and I can hardly believe how quiet the unit is. The Mitsubishi app is a great bonus too packed with smart and fun features that make controlling the system effortless. Issac was fantastic a genuine, hardworking young bloke who takes pride in his work. Excellent communication, top-quality installation, tidy cleanup, and great pricing. Isaac recently installed two air conditioners in two bedrooms for me. He visited my house within a day of me calling him to give me a quote and then booked me in quickly. Isaac communicated throughout the process and they were installed quickly. I would highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with Isaac of Advanced Air. Isaac was extremely prompt, replied to messages quickly and provided a clear competitive quote. Once the quote was accepted the work was commenced very quickly thereafter. Throughout the job Isaac was professional polite and a pleasure to deal with and the quality of his work was excellent and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing air-conditioning installation.

Contacted Isaac to replace a split system just before last Christmas, got the job done & also managed to install another new system elsewhere in our house also . We’ve had Isaac back this year for more air con installations , great job . 5 STAR Rating from us .
