When we are not sleeping well, when we are tired and when our emotions are not stable, we don’t make the right food choices. When we don’t eat as well as we ought, when we don’t get the nutrients we should, our emotional and mental state will suffer. Nothing exists on it’s own. When one area of our life suffers, others follow suit. Balance, as with all things, is key.
