How do you stay on top of your health goals?
It's actually not complicated at all. We often make it bigger than it is.
So keep these 3 simple things in mind:

If you keep one routine, make it this one. And do so mindfully, remembering to make the right choices.
🚶♂️Move!
That's right, Instead of sitting around all day...just move. walk, stretch, be active.
🍭 Be flexible!
Sweet things are a'comin'! Let it go. Have your treats.
A couple weeks of this and that won't derail you...it won't actually set you back. And you need it for your soul.
You're not a robot.

You're a person.
Allow yourself to be human, laugh, love, have fun.
