Here is a solid piece of advice that I have learned through personal experience:
When I prepare for a morning's movement (yoga, a run, resistance session, wherever)...I prepare the night before.
That simply means that I put out what I need.
It creates an expectation.
It feeds discipline.
It becomes a habit.
Monday's are no different.
So often we see the week as the time to put the work in on our health goals...
And the weekend as that time to let it go...
...maybe to "reward" ourselves...
...or simply because discipline erodes over weekend.
Here is a solid tip: prepare for Monday on the weekend.
Move.
Eat well.
Make good choices.
That way, when you hit Monday, you do so on a high, with a string of wins behind you and under you.
It's a choice.
So are you:
Starting Monday strong, or starting Monday again?
Building on your weekend, or repairing your weekend?
