Please! Dream big enough to inspire yourself! And remember that when you set goals for yourself along a health path, make sure they are actually realistic, that they are attainable. Make sure you can meet them. You’re not going to lose 10kgs in two weeks. You won’t learn to run a marathon by next weekend. Proper progress takes time, it takes dedication, it takes consistency. It is measured in small steps, not big bounds.
If it took an hour to walk into the forest, don’t expect to take ten minutes to walk back out again.
