You begin the process of changing something in your life. Perhaps it is a new lifestyle change, such as an exercise program or a meal plan. Perhaps you are wanting to change what you see as a bad habit, or an aspect of your home life.
You have all the motivation in the world and perhaps you take the first, tentative step.
Then, for some reason, you stop. At one moment, you are full of inspiration. The next moment, you're resisting. You're certain, you're determined, and then without warning you find yourself 'magically' forgetting all about the thing you wanted in the first place.
And you're right back where you started: stuck.
