Popular advice always involves walking more, spending an hour in the gym three times a week, mindful shopping, meal plans…
Because, after all, if I can do it, you can do it. Right? We all have the same 24 hours in the day.
So ask the teacher marking during his holiday if he has the same hours as someone else.
Ask the guy working in the city for 8 hours in the day and commuting for a further 2 if he has the same hours.
Ask the doctor, the nurse, the surgeon. Ask the single mom raising two kids. Ask the person starting a new business from scratch. Ask the student, the CEO, the retail worker on shifts.
We don’t all have the same 24 hours.
Sometimes, what space we DO have is very small. And so maybe the one change you can make now must be small, too.
Small changes lead to big results. Small actions lead to big outcomes.
