Sometimes the smallest changes have the biggest impacts.
And maybe, in our busy lives, we just don’t have the time nor the energy to tackle major plans! So start small.
Perhaps a small change you can make today might be:
🍏 place a fruit bowl on a counter top where you see it all the time
🥜 eat a handful of nuts instead of a sugary or salty snack
🚶♀️take a 20 minute walk in your neighbourhood and smile to all the other people taking a walk in your neighbourhood
Small actions build habits. And one small action may be all you need to start a lifetime of change.
