In a word: phenomenonal. From the start, the booking process was easy and being able to see availability was so helpful, the level of communication was fantastic, and during the inspection Lachlan was impeccably professional, extremely friendly, and incredibly informative. The report was incredibly detailed and thorough, came through within hours(!), and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the service. Even our real estate agent commented on how good Lachlan was and said we'd landed an excellent catch.

Genuinely incredible service. Lachlan was very thorough in his inspection and his report was detailed but also easy to understand for a first time home buyer. He was available to call after he gave us the report and gave us as much time as we needed. Couldn’t recommend enough!
