Very very bad experience. My sister in law stayed this hostel over one year. Kitchen staffs behaviour is very worst and bad. They are selfish and manipulate the hostelmates for money based their family issues and they play bad games for money . After get money they treat them as enemies and try to spoil their life . They are not ready to return back to money and ask the money they demanded more bargains and block the helping hostelmates Very very bad experience she lost a huge amount of money and not get return back. That is her only wealth but she lost it. She asked them to cash but their response is very bad and arregessive. Hostelmates unknowingly fall in their trap like sentiments and tears. Very bad hostel experience.If you choose this hostel your life is going to be a big trap. They have the ability to trap poor and kind hearted people.But the management cannot know their trap. Because their false behaviour is their trick. They act as good one infront of management. They trapped other hostelmates for their support.I request to the management plz try to understand this kind of people and eliminate them for the progress of their future

Staying at Adhithi Ladies Hostel for over a year! 🌸 Very safe and homely place in the heart of the city near Secretariat. Bus & auto stands are just walking distance. Close to banks, ATMs, University College, and 24-hour hotels. Very near ladies police station & control room, which feels extra safe. 24 hrs electricity, corporation & well water always available. Highly recommend for students and working women!

DONT FALL FOR FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS! My best friend stayed here after trusting the Google reviews, but she had a terrible experience. Now, looking at the recent positive reviews, I can clearly see the pattern—this proves exactly what she said: these reviews are made by them! 🚩 The Evidence is Clear 🖍️ All positive reviews focus only on basic facilities—things that every hostel should provide ("24-hour water and electricity," "separate wash area," "friendly staff," "CCTV," etc.) but still give 5-star ratings as if these were luxuries. 🖍️ Same repetitive phrases in multiple reviews ("homely atmosphere," "highly recommended ❤️❤️") instead of real personal experiences. 🖍️Copy-paste content—some sentences appear word-for-word in different reviews. 🖍️No personal experiences shared—real reviews talk about unique incidents, not generic advertisements 🖍️Negative reviews have more support, while these suspiciously similar positive ones get almost no reactions—because people recognize the truth! 💡 If this hostel truly provided good facilities, why do they need fake reviews to convince people? Instead of improving conditions, they are manipulating online ratings. That says everything you need to know about how this place is run. 📢 If you're considering this hostel, don't make the same mistake my friend did. Visit in person, talk to real residents, and don’t trust these scripted reviews!

Continuation of My Previous Review – Address These Instead of Defaming Me! I was waiting for their response, hoping they would address the real issues, but I didn’t expect them to go this low with false accusations and personal attacks. Instead of answering my genuine concerns, hostel management tried to discredit me. If you are truly confident in your services, then answer these questions instead of attacking my character: 1️⃣Does the room have a table, chair, or even a proper switchboard? You claim to provide good facilities, but why do residents have to share a small three-tier shelf for storage? 2️⃣ Why is the food menu hidden from residents? If the quality is good, why can’t you openly share the menu? 3️⃣ Why did you ignore complaints from residents? Can you name a single meeting you conducted in the last 6 months to listen to hostel inmates? 4️⃣ Why is the warden not responsible during emergencies? Why did two girls have to go to the hospital at midnight alone instead of receiving any help from the management? 5️⃣ Why does the warden interfere in personal matters? Talking to male friends in a public place is not against hostel rules, so why did you falsely claim I "brought men inside" just to defame me? 6️⃣ Why do you respond with ‘leave if you can’t adjust’ instead of solving problems? Instead of improving conditions, you tell people to vacate. Is this how a responsible hostel should function? 7️⃣ Why did you lie about me being ‘asked to leave’? I left after completing my course, and I even have proof for that. If I was such a ‘rule-breaker,’ why did you keep me as a resident until the end? 💡 If you truly believe your hostel is well-managed, answer these concerns with facts instead of making personal attacks. Discrediting someone who speaks the truth only proves your inability to handle criticism professionally. 📢 TO ANYONE READING THIS: Hostel management refuses to answer real concerns and instead attacks reviewers personally. If they cannot defend themselves with facts, it only proves their guilt. Think twice before choosing this hostel! 📌Additionally, you can see a pattern of recent positive reviews that closely mirror the hostel management's claims, especially emphasizing basic amenities like "24-hour water and electricity." Such uniformity raises questions about the authenticity of these reviews and suggests they may have been written by hostel staff themselves(I have similar experience too when warden asked my phone to post a positive review which I deleted afterwards). Notably, these overly positive reviews have received minimal reactions from readers, whereas the negative reviews have garnered more support, indicating that the community finds the critical feedback more genuine and helpful. In my experience, the reality differed significantly from these portrayals. The emphasis on basic services, which should be standard, seems to divert attention from more pressing issues that remain unaddressed.

I m staying here in last few months. I feel a homely atmosphere. It isvery comfortable stay to me. Compared to other hostels i got 24 hrs water and electricity, separate wash area, separate staff for cleaning in every week, hygienic rooms with adjustable luggage facilities, homely veg and non veg food with good atmosphere. Systamatic management with 24 hrs cctv surveillance is the main feature we feel very secure. Separate study areas in each floor and floor wise and common bathrooms are other facilities.It is very suitable gor both students and working women. Highly accessible areas for institutions and offices. Highly recommended to all❤️

Very good and comfortable stay with low rate and good facilities more than as per this rate. Hygiene rooms with good space and good homely food. I always feel homely atmosphere. Wardens are friendly and not interfere with our privacy compared to my early experience. 💞💞💞💞💞

HONEST REVIEW – READ BEFORE CHOOSING THIS HOSTEL! If you're considering this hostel, do not blindly trust the overly positive Google reviews—many are posted by staff from the owner's shop. I made the mistake of relying on them, and here’s what I actually experienced: ✅ Advantages: 1.Cheaper than other hostels in the area. 2.Proximity to government offices like the Secretariat, Right to Information office, etc. ❌ Disadvantages: 1️⃣ Poor Facilities: Rooms lack even basic furniture like a table, chair, or switchboard. Instead, all roommates are expected to share a small three-tier shelf for their belongings. Basic comfort and convenience are completely ignored. 2️⃣ Low-Quality Food: There is no proper menu, and food quality is below average. Chicken is provided only once every two months, and meals are highly repetitive—puttu is served three times a week, sometimes with just pappadam or banana. Lunch and dinner are not up to the mark either. 3️⃣ Zero Support from Management: Complaints are ignored rather than addressed. The owner refuses to conduct meetings or listen to concerns. They prefer to avoid responsibility and silence complaints. 4️⃣ Irresponsible & Uncaring Warden: The warden is a staff member from the owner's shop and takes no responsibility for the hostel inmates. Even in medical emergencies, she refuses to help. There were instances where only two girls had to go to the hospital at midnight, as the warden wouldn’t assist. She also polices conversations—even talking to a male friend opposite to the hostel (in a public place!) is considered an issue. 5️⃣ No Proper Study Facilities: The rooms lack study-friendly spaces, and the entire floor has only 2 benches, barely enough for 3 students to sit. If you need a quiet place to study, this is not the right hostel for you. 👉 If you are looking for a place just because it’s cheap, this might work. But if you care about quality, basic respect, or decent management, look elsewhere. If you visit, talk to actual residents first (not from hostel;take their nmbr)instead of trusting online reviews! HOSTEL MANAGEMENT’S FALSE & UNPROFESSIONAL RESPONSE: Instead of addressing my concerns, the management resorted to false accusations and character assassination to discredit my review.(I recommend to read their response below first then this for better understanding.) Here’s the truth: 📌 I was never asked to leave. I moved out when my course ended. The hostel staff themselves know this because when they asked about a farewell party, I jokingly replied, "Let me escape from here!" I even have proof of this in chat messages. So, their claim that I was forced to vacate is completely false. 📌 "Brought men into the hostel premises"? This is a blatant lie. I spoke to two friends in front of the Right to Information Office, which is a public place—not inside the hostel. Just because it's opposite the hostel doesn’t mean they control it. If they think that’s a violation, then why is it okay for the hostel staff’s boyfriend to come right in front of the hostel? Double standards? 📌 "Ignored curfew rules"? Can you name a single instance? In fact, you’re the ones who made things difficult. I clearly remember begging you to open the gate at 5:10 AM so I could catch my train home, and you refused, saying, "We can't open before 5:15, we need our sleep." But now you claim I ignored curfew? 📌 "Unethical commission"? You conveniently bring this up now, but you yourself mentioned this policy when we joined. It wasn’t my idea. So why twist the facts now? 📌 "Necessary meetings"? Can you name even one meeting in the last six months? There were multiple complaints from the inmates, but instead of addressing them, your only response was, "If you can’t adjust, you can leave." That’s not management, that’s just avoiding responsibility. 📌Finally, I did not stay for over a year. If you can’t even keep a proper record of former residents, how can anyone trust the way you run this place ❌ If this is how they react to criticism, imagine how they handle real issues inside the hostel!
