Adega Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse

The food was excellent. But what might be even better than the food? The service. Too often nowadays, you can get great food but service isn't up to par. That is not the case at Adega Gaucha. The service is outstanding! My glass of water was never less than half full! We ordered the full churrasco experience. And while I knew how many meats would be coming our way, I wasn't able to sample all 12 meats. All the meats I ate were delicious, but if there is one you must request (so you don't miss out), make sure you try the Picanha. That was amazing! And so was the pineapple on a skewer and their passion fruit mousse dessert. The food is so delicious, I will be back next month to celebrate my birthday there! One last note: As of this review, the restaurant has 9,352 reviews and a 4.9 star rating. You can't get much closer to perfection than that. Here's to adding another 5 star review!

When you see nearly 10,000 reviews and a near-perfect 4.9 rating, you automatically assume bots, manipulation or low-end Southern culinary standards. But Adgea is a superlative, first-class experience. And, having dined here previously, quality has only climbed exponentially. The quality of meats has skyrocketed, the service is more faultless than ever before, and the language barrier that dampened past experiences has been polished over with fluent staff engrossed in catering to perfection. The filet medallions are tender like butter; the beef rib, lamb chops and alcatra are crisped to perfection, the rib-eye is succulent; and the myriad offerings, from customized sides to modified orders and a prolific market table make dining here well-rounded and so incredibly fulfilling. I am a many of many words but it is hard to find words that would suffice to encapsulate the quality of service here. In terms of tailored dedication and hyper-focused personalization, it is on par with the likes of the Ritz or Four Seasons (and that is not hyperbole). Everyone who took care of us was spectacular. Evelyn, Alanis, Marcella and Maria were all nothing short of faultless. They were unwaveringly alert, absorbed in the task, so remarkably considerate and attentive, thoughtful and heartwarmingly kind; and made everything so easy. They catered to our every desire, and beyond; and adapted and personalized every facet, item and moment through our dining journey. William was a genial, thoughtful, lovely gaucho who took astounding, incomparable care of us; as has the awe-inspiring Rodolfo who was, is, nothing short of humane, obliging, hyper-efficient perfection. These two not only are masters of hospitality; but also phenomenal, generous, extraordinary consummates of grace. We will be returning to Adega again and again and again, not only for celebrations, but at any and every opportunity. Honestly, the breathtaking service here, fellow humans treating run-of-the-mill diners as aristocracy is not something you encounter often, and it makes the mere act of being a celebration. Just sublimely awesome and utterly fulfilling.

If you’re looking for an unforgettable Brazilian steakhouse in Orlando, Adega Gaucha is it. Every cut of steak that came to our table was perfectly seasoned, incredibly tender, and cooked exactly as it should be. The quality of the meat truly stands out, and the continuous tableside service keeps the experience exciting from start to finish. The desserts were just as impressive. I especially loved the warm chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream. Rich, decadent, and with a perfectly molten center, it’s easily one of the best lava cakes I’ve had. The combination of outstanding food, attentive service, and an elegant atmosphere made this one of the highlights of our Orlando trip. We will absolutely be back the next time we’re in town!

We truly enjoyed our dinning experience last night, as service was 5 stars all around. Our server Gabriel was very attentive and super friendly. The restaurant layout is very nice with nice artwork all around. I opted for the all you can eat for $64, which was really hit or miss. My favorite cut of meat is the Filet mignon, and theirs were not as tender as filet usually is. That being said, the peppercorn sauce was really good. My favorite two favorite cut of meas there had to be the Picanha and the ribs. Both delicious and perfectly cooked. But, the pineapple was overwhelmingly drowned in cinnamon, and barely edible. The sides were also mixed, as I loved their mushrooms, but the corn brule was too runny, just like their lobster bisque. Overall, I thought this was a pretty good specialty restaurant, though on the pricey side considering some of the quality of items on their menu. That being said, service was fabulous!

This place is AMAZING!! Pro Tip: DO NOT EAT LUNCH on the day you’re planning on having dinner here!! You BETTER come hungry!! There’s not 1 single thing @ this restaurant I would say was better… it is ALL amazing!!! crème Brulee was phenomenal, every TYPE of meat was off the chain & I guess my personal favorite, oddly enough, was the cooked pineapple!!!

We came here for lunch for the first time, and honestly, it’s one of the best restaurants in town! Our server, Alise, was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional throughout the entire visit. The food was amazing, but the atmosphere and overall experience made it even more special. There were three people in our group who ordered meat while I’m vegetarian, and everyone absolutely loved their meals. As a vegetarian, I was so happy to find more options than I usually expect, so if you’re vegetarian. Don’t worry, you’ll definitely find plenty to enjoy here too! We also had a guest visiting from Turkey, and the restaurant surprised us by writing “thank you” in Turkish on the dessert plate… such a thoughtful touch! We left very happy and truly appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality. I highly recommend this place and especially Alise to everyone. It wasn’t just a meal, it was a whole experience!

I had an amazing dining experience at Adega Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse. The food was outstanding from start to finish. The picanha was perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and one of the best I’ve had, and the burger sliders were absolutely delicious, juicy, fresh, and packed with flavor. What truly made the experience memorable was our server, Maria. She was attentive, friendly, professional, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Her positive attitude and exceptional service elevated an already great meal into a fantastic experience. If you’re looking for excellent food and top-notch service, I highly recommend Adega Gaucha. This was our first time visiting Adega Gaucha, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch. Evelyn, Rafaela, and the entire staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our entire meal. We never had to wait for fresh meats, and they were constantly replacing our plates with clean ones. My husband chose the full churrasco experience, and the meat was incredibly delicious and tender. The beef rib cuts were especially amazing and so juicy! I opted for the gourmet table service, which includes the salad bar, and it was more than enough for me. The salad bar has a massive selection of choices, from fresh fruits and salads to cold cuts and soup. It even features hot proteins like chicken legs, sausage, and guava cheese. Don't miss out on the roasted pineapple either—it was perfectly sweet with just the right amount of cinnamon. Everything about our visit was great, and we would love to come back again soon!

A very enjoyable Brazilian steakhouse experience with a lively atmosphere even on a weeknight. The tableside meats were solid overall, with the picanha being the standout - tender with a great balance of meat and fat. You can also request rarer cuts as they come around! The salad bar was extensive with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, and the caramelized banana was especially delicious and decadent for sides. Service pacing could be a little uneven at times, but the overall experience was still great. Solid meat quality and variety, and definitely the kind of meal where pacing yourself is part of the fun.
