Your very pleasant and knowledgeable service guy, Brian, quickly diagnosed the problem in our heat pump and like a detective discovered another crucial issue, which he repaired also. He was professional, communicative and definitely confidence-inspiring. He knows his stuff! Addcox is fortunate indeed to have a competent employee who goes the extra mile, like Brian!

The team at Addcox heating did a great job with the maintenance and upkeep of my home’s oil heating furnace. They came out at the time they said they would be coming. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable about everything I had to ask. They even helped me get on a regular schedule for maintenance and they even gave me a free consultation on my home’s heating and cooling needs. The manager was very helpful in getting me the information on a split unit as well to help lower the cost of the upkeep of the house. Thanks Addcox !!!!
